Judge Sweet dismisses SFJ case against Indian National Congress

NEW YORK, NY (TIP): In a 35 page judgment , Federal Judge Sweet, on April 28,grantedINC’s Motion todismiss the 1984-lawsuit filed by Sikhs for Justice.

The Judge found that SFJ cannot be a plaintiff and individual plaintiffs are not “legal representatives. Furthermore, no further amendment is permitted and case is dismissed. “Based on the conclusions set forth above, Defendants’motion to dismiss the SAC is granted”, read the Conclusion.
